Physio went well.  She respected the fact that I'm dealing with a lot of physical symptoms right now from the meds (both withdrawing and starting new ones).  Kept it pretty basic today with a few easy exercises and a 5 minute heat wrap on my neck and then ultrasound on my upper back/base of neck were all the really tight muscles are.  My lower back is a lot better except for the right SI joint so she checked it but didn't do much there.  She said those muscles in my upper back/neck don't know anymore how to relax.  *shrugs*  Well I have known for a long time that I carry around a lot of tension in those areas.  Think when the bloating feeling goes away and I can lay on my stomach I will book a massage (my doctor wants me to anyway).  She also mentioned accupuncture...so will consider that.  I've done accupuncture before...not for that though.    Also today paid off my outstanding ambulance bills (almost $400) and submitted them to my insurance company.  So now just to take the cheque from my insurance company to the bank and put it on my credit card.    Picked up a few groceries as well.  And been trying to eat.  Was doing okay earlier today now I'm in bad pain again...but I will keep working away on it.  Determined not to let all this stuff get the best of me and to get on track this year...but it's been a hard start.
