had an interesting thought when i was attempting to sleep and had to log in and check something...sure enough it makes sense.  When I was in the hospital they recommended I stop taking the oxazepam....which for the most part I have except for a small dose the other night (which slightly eased my stomach issues).  I looked up benzo withdrawal and found everything physically I have been going through for the last week or so on the list.  Coincidence?  I doubt it.  That goes for the heartrate (tachycardia) last week, the insomnia, daytime drowsiness, even lower energy then normal, increased aches and pains, nausea, gastrointestinal problems, pins and needles tingly sensations, etc.  Gosh, why didn't any of the doctors warn me about this or at least mention it could be a possibility (been on oxazepam for over a year...maybe 2).  Will talk to my psychiatrist today.  Appointment is at 2pm...6:30am now and I have been awake since midnight.  Hopefully I can grab some sleep before my appointment.  Going to stay up a bit though and eat breakfast...or try.  Took the pariet...or whatever it's called so need to wait another 20-30 min to eat.
