Epps...my back and my heartburn both trying to drive me nutty but I'm not gonna let it get me down...could be so much worse.  Feeling pretty good despite not being able to do much today.  That's okay though, I know I have a busy few days ahead (or at least busy in comparison to what I'm used to).   Tomorrow, 2 appointments...one with my assigned case-coordinator with the hospital day treatment program at 1:30pm and one with my physician at 3:30pm.  Hopefully in between will get in a trip to the post office that I've been putting off to pick up some mail otherwise that will have to be on the way home.  If I'm not too tired tomorrow evening and the weather is okay then I have depression group but I'm not going to get all upset if I don't make it.  Still getting my energy back but will see. It would be good to go and see people again but I heard something about getting snow and so if that's the case good chance it will be cancelled. Which would also be good...because I'd rather not feel like I'm skipping it.  Wednesday, originally had 2 appointments scheduled but since they were both mental health and not completely back to back and I'm doing okay I decided to postpone one and keep the one with my psychiatrist.  That is the one that is most important to me right now while trying to get the med thing situated.    Thursday I start physio.  Yay!  It'll be work but it's something I need to do to help improve my health and start building up some strength and energy and get my back feeling better...which isn't even why I was suppose to go.  Well, not because of my lower back anyway which is what is trying to keep me down now.  Was referred for my neck/shoulder/upper back pain which is probably from all the stress and tension I been carrying in my body for far too long.  Gosh, it's amazing how much stress can affect you physically and the more time goes on the more you pay.  Time to start destressing! Slept a little too long this afternoon and evening.  I did good last night and slept through the night..well 3-4 hours then woke up, then another couple hours and woke up, then another hour or two and woke up again.  But it was without sleeping meds and through the night...so no complaints.  But...I got up so much earlier then I'm used to that I ended up falling asleep again in the afternoon and not waking up until about 7-8pm.  Opps.   Took 20mg of Oxazepam tonight to hopefully help with sleep...refuse to up the dose any higher any more as I'm trying to get away from this med that doesn't really work anyway.   If it helps it helps, if not, I'll deal.  Just took it hoping it will help me get a little bit better quality of sleep so I can get through tomorrow a little better.  Thinking when my stomach settles down after adjusting to the prozac if I am still having trouble with sleep I may look at trying Valerian if it's safe with this med and not likely to irritate my stomach more then it already is.  Or may try Melatonin again, it's been awhile.  It used to work really great.   Well, it's about 11pm so I should get off the computer and crawl into bed...and maybe read for a bit.
