uhm...i need to research meds before picking them up from the pharmacy...just found out prozac can be associated with lupus-like conditions which means i'm not suppose to take it...i'm so frustrated
Cymbalta works like Prozac plus has an epinephrine component- it really has helped my pain. The only problem is that it is new and costly compared to Prozac which has gone generic. I wouldn\'t worry about Lupus side effects, try it first it may be just what you need and it is slow acting so you won\'t get the full effect for 6 weeks (long 1/2 life). I really would ask about Cymbalta though, the epinephrine (adrenaline) might just be enough to take away the urges that give you anadrenaline rush like cutting. Just a thought, but it came to me while praying last night.
