http://www.hall4bc04.org/Storm.htm Christmas ended up going well...there were a few moments of anxiety and depression but nothing major, I felt a lot better then I expected to the last few days and I am thankful for that. I got my Christmas wishes...more or less anyway...to be happy (I was somewhat...I'll take it) and to spend time with family. Everything else was a bonus...and as usual my family went overboard. *shrugs* That's just how it is. My laptop is having issues still from the spill so in the new year I plan to have it professionally cleaned. I did what I could on my own. Last night the keyboard didn't want to work. Thankfully a reboot got it operating again. It's almost 2am and I should be asleep. Actually, I should've taken my sleeping meds...but I didn't. I should still. The Luvox definitely doesn't make me sleepy...but it doesn't seem to make me any more awake then usual either. I think I'm going to start taking it at supper time instead of bedtime though to see if it makes any difference. I have been having heartburn but overall I'm really impressed...probably the mildest side effects of any med I've been on in a long time. I was feeling nauseated earlier but I don't think it was anything major...although it was when I first woke up...and in the past when I've had problems with GERD and heartburn I've actually thrown up when I would first wake up so it could be that. Maybe I should start taking the Zantac again for awhile. Well...actually i can't..it's at my place in the city. Will see if things settle down the next few days and then decide. When I wake up I need to do laundry and try to help mom out,...she hurt her back today putting stuff under the tree. She was screaming in pain and all Dad did was just sit there reading his book as if nothing was happening. She's done so much for him when he's had his accidents and surgeries and he didn't even see if she was okay or if there was anything he could do. I went out and asked her if I could do anything for her...all she wanted was a glass of water...so I got her that and then some ibuprofen that I had with me. She's been a wonderful trooper today despite being in pain. We were at her sisters (my aunt's) house for their wedding anniversary...there was over 30 of us there. Big huge feed of so many different foods...and desserts. So two days in a row of eating big meals and seeing various family members...some of whom I haven't seen in a year or more. Tonight I am having urges to burn...but updated my goal for today anyway...otherwise it'll throw me off when I look at the dates. If anything changes later today I will update it again but I think I can ride through it.
