I'm just checking in for a few minutes between appointments. I had my psychiatry appointment this morning and it went well overall. We've decided to add clonazepam to the mix of meds for the time being to try to get the anxiety leveled out and save the ativan for only extreme anxiety. There's a chance that if the clonazepam works I may not need the oxazepam or the ativan but we won't know that for a bit but I am hoping. Right now I don't care as long as I am able to start getting on with my life and functioning somewhat normally again. Right now it's so hard to do much of anything and I"m frustrated because I feel like I should be able to do so much...and well...that does nothing for the anxiety. My appointment this afternoon is with my medical doctor and I need to see if there are options other then the ventolin since I'm not suppose to take it with the Manerix. My psychiatrist said the potential interaction generally isn't as dramatic as the pharmacy made it out to be although it's best to err on the side of caution and see what the best option is in that department. So we'll see. I'm also going to see if there is anything other then the awful nasal sprays to deal with the post-nasal drip (which seems to be lessening anyway...since i've been drinking warm water with honey, lemon, and ginger) and other nasal issues (itchy nose allergies) annoying stuff. And also want to see about starting physio or something for my neck and back. I used to years ago and I really think it's time to start again. I just need to be more dedicated this time. Anyway...I'm okay overall. Exhausted...but okay. And I just looked at the clock and need to run. Need to pack up some stuff, heading to my parents to do laundry and ride out the predicted storm for tonight. *fingers crossed*

It sounds like you are making progress and you are healing, remember it takes time to heal, give yourself that time as a gift to yourself, you deserve it.
