finally fell asleep after taking 2 ativans around 7 or 8am.  woke up feeling awful horrible panic so called my psychiatrist to see if all this is normal and she said it is a normal part of the disconuation from ssri's...and she is recommending that i take 1 ativan twice a day, regularly for the next few days.  so I will try that starting tonight.
