Well, i'll I'm still kicking and still in a pretty good mood...with a decent amount of energy....and it's now midnight and I only slept 2.5 hours last night...and have been up since 6:30am.  Crazy. So the dental appointment was long.  But I expected that.  It ended up being a fairly big cavity that probably if it had gone another year or two would have needed a root canal.  They are pretty sure that they got it fixed up good...so I hope so.   After that was done, went downtown and tried to do some Christmas shopping.  Didn't find much...but it was nice to get out but was feeling a little anxious being out and just not really in a shoppping mood.  More of just a walking mood.  So I walked a lot, but did manage to start 2 gifts...though I haven't decided who they're for yet.  They're some really yummy smelling natural bar soaps that smell like chocolate and they were on sale.  Thinking of maybe getting a nice facecloth and/or hand towel to put with them and maybe a package of tea or hotchocolate or even coffee (depends on who it ends up being for) and there are two gifts done.  I hate that I'm on such a tight budget this year.  It makes me want to go back to the days of being a kid and buying all my gifts for everyone at the dollar store and calling it a day.  I just did my best to pick out what I thought people would like and the items only cost $1-$2 most times....and everyone was happy.  Why can't it be so simple now...lol....not that I want to be cheap but that people can't be happy with whatever they get no matter the $$ value as long as it was picked out with care and thought put into it.  I always try to get someone something I think they will like and something that I would like myself.  It sometimes takes me days to find one person the perfect gift and that's with hours of time shopping put in and careful thought put into it.  Ahhh, so stressful.  But I want it to be just right. The item has to speak to me in some way for me to even buy it.  I guess that's why even as a child when we had a family yard sale I remember feeling upset inside when I saw that my sister was trying to sell a doggy ornament that I had given a couple years earlier.  Hmmm....now this has gotten quite off topic...lol.  Just reminicing the good ol' days of childhood...LOL. I ended up getting a fruit smoothy for lunch, needed something fairly healthy that didn't involve chewing so that was perfect and tasty!  But it was sure cold out and drinking that didn't help.  Thankfully I had worn my winter jacket today.  Anyway, got that and realized oh...now the buses won't let me on so I have to finish it before going to my friends.  So went to a craft supply store and"browsed" while I finished it.  I always love looking at all the stuff there and wishing I had the money and focus to buy a lot of the stuff...they buying isn't so much the problem...it's the focus.  I need something to do with all the stuff I would buy.  LOL.  My whole apartment isn't big enough to hold everything...haha. Oh, skipped the bank...was feeling too nervous with all the people around.  I always get paranoid going to a bank machine..or even a bank teller for that matter.  And I did drop the books off at the library....but because of the smoothie I didn't go inside.  I don't know if that library allows food or drinks but I didn't feel comfortable taking it in so I just dropped the books in the book drop and went on my way.   When it was finally gone I ran down the street, crossed it, and waited for the next bus going to my friends place...planning only to go for the afternoon.  I ended up staying for supper too and playing a little bit of a game with them.  Their poor 2 year old daughter is acting up so bad...but she means well...I am sure it's the result of the marital stress/tension that's going on there...kids aren't stupid...even at that age.  She's so quick and sneaky too.  But I still love her...and she was so happy to see me and give me hugs.  I know she doesn't mean to be bad.  I truly believe that most of her "behavioral issues" are reflective more of "parental issues" than anything...for lack of a better way to put it.  She is learning from her environment...that's what kids do best.  One of these days I'm going to get her for the afternoon and just have some time together outside of her home environment.  Also got to see the 1 week old kitties...all 5 of them!  I tried taking some pictures but really at that age they don't come out very well.  *shrugs*  There are one or two I may post tomorrow or sometime if I get a chance. I've been doing some reading about bipolar II and that really does sound a lot like me...so I am thinking before I see my psychiatrist next week I may print out some of the things I've found and see what she says.  Not that I want another diagnoses or that it will change anything...but just to hear a professional opinion on why I am or am not that.  We'll see what comes of that.  It doesn't really matter.  Oh and speaking of psychiatry stuff...I found out I am not maxed out on my oxazepam so I will have to see if it's okay for me to try a higher dose.  I really hate how high I am on it now though...but I don't see any other options if it's not working...since the benedryl isn't working much either....and well...supposedly they say sleep is a good thing although some days/nights I'm not so sure.  Afterall I'm doing better on 2.5 hours sleep then I ever seem to do on 8 hours...maybe I should make it a habit.  :P Anyway...it's taking me forever to write since I keep losing my train of thought and thinking of things to do and say so I'm going to end this up for tonight.  Maybe even try that whole sleeping thing soon since it's nearing 1am and most people seem to be asleep at that time of the day.  *shrugs*

Sounds like you\'re being really productive, in spite of your feelings of nervousness and anxiety...
