So what was it I was planning to accomplish today? I kind of forget... Well, I know I did some of it...I had a shower, cut the fingernails on one hand, mailed a letter, did laundry, ate, and cleaned through some of the bookmarks on my computer....didn't make it to my room but doing laundry kind of took it's place...up and down the stairs so many times...and I have to pay for it at that...$6-7 dollars for two loads of towels (they take at least 2 dryer cycles each load). Yuck. My roommate and her friend were over and they rented Enchanted so we all watched that. I've seen it before...I'm not really into those movies but I watch them anyway...my roommate loves them. The shoulder pain wasn't as bad today but overall physically I've been feeling gross. First weird thing last night I noticed a sore bruised feeling area on my ribs...it itched and burned and was so hot to touch...I finally looked in the mirror and it was a giant welt approx 2 inches in diameter. Freaked me out but reminded myself I've been given different things my body isn't used to in the ER...the bloodthinner and the radioactive stuff so I just took a couple benedryl and marked the outline and went to bed. Thankfully that looked better this morning. Today started out not feeling so bad. I started my normal routine...but as the day went on physically I felt awful. Lightheaded, dizzy, and nauseous. I dunno what that's about. Anyway, fought through it. Went down the stairs and took the letter to the mailbox and got back up the stairs and felt worse. Tonight my knees, ankles (possibly from going up and down the stairs) hurt and my wrists both hurt (possibly from too much computer)...and I have a headache. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining...just documenting how I feel. I'm hoping it's just an off day and not some bug or something that's going around. I'm heading off to bed here shortly...it's about midnight here...but there was a bit of excitment outside so I got a bit wound up. There was an accident outside my building tonight just about 30 min ago. I didn't see it happen but heard it and ran to the window. Thankfully it didn't look serious...couldn't see any damage from here and the people all seemed okay. I think someone slammed on the brakes too hard and slid on the wet road side-swipping a car in the turning lane and ending up ahead of the car they hit. Anyhow, that's the excitment of living on the second floor of a building on a busy city intersection. Always something to see. I'm just glad I haven't seen anyone get hurt. Now...to try winding down...again. Let's see if I can sleep.

Sounds to me like you might be getting Shingles. It is a virus, varicella zoster. They can give anti virals to help speed up the recovery. With everything that has happened lately wouldn\'t surprise me is your immune system was surpressed...the low WBC count if I remember right.
Anyhow that\'s my thoughts
