Well despite being sick today...itchy (no visible rash) and having a temperature...one of my friends came over today!  Yay!  Mentally I'm feeling amazing...physically I'm feeling pretty blah.   But I have an amazing opportunity and I need everyone to jump on this prayer wagon because I need to decide in the next day or two if this is the right thing for me (and for my friend). My friend, Kim, is single and just a couple years older then me.  Her current roommate is moving out and she had been holding off on asking me thinking I wouldn't be interested.  Well tonight she mentioned it and I"m like...why didn't you mention that soon?!?!  There are so many pros...we are both single, we are both Christians, we have a lot of the same interests, she met me when I was at (or near) my worst as far as mental health goes.  She was a big support then.  I've been praying for over a year that this opportunity would come up.  The biggest cons though...are she needs someone for August 1...less then 1 month away and I would still need to give notice to my current roommate (aka my landlord) and at my friends place I might end up having to pay a little bit more financially, oh and the other con is the building is on a very noisy coner on a couple of very busy streets.  My friend knows my financial situation though and said as long as I can pay the rent and a bit then she would cover the rest and she is someone who I know keeps her word. She's also very active and health conscious and would be a great influence on me that way.  I love going for walks when I'm feeling healthy enough to and living with her I'd have a built in walking buddy.  She also loves to cook and said she would actually look forward to preparing meals for us to eat together.   Of course there are things we don't have in common either...like she loves to sing...and I'm not musically gifted in the slightest but I love to listen.  And she goes to bed early and gets up early...haha...we all know I'm a night owl and love to sleep in.   But that is all good.  This is an amazing opportunity but we both need to pray on it that it is what God desires.   But as of now I am 90% sure that is the direction to go in.  Keep this major news in your prayers that we make the right decision.  It would be so great to live with someone who I am friends with again.   Except the difference this time is this person I trust totally.  And I've been praying for a Christian roommate...and she is strong in the Lord.
