Feeling even ickier today and I don't think the worst has hit yet.  Coughing, sneezing, dizzy, yucky.  Then to top it off I'm having a super stupid clumsy day.  I'm trying to see the humor in it...but really there isn't much.  I spilt carbonated flavored water all over myself, my laptop, and my bed.  What a mess that i had to clean up.  Took care of that problem and a little later on after checking my temperature (which I do have a low grade fever) I was shaking down the thermometer....and the tip hit the table my laptop is on and I hear this sound like rain....all this itty bitty tiny sliver beads (almost invisible)...which I'm guessing is mercury....came flying out of it...some onto my computer and some I assume went into the carpet...but it is impossible to tell.  What the heck am I suppose to do about that.  The thermometer looks like there is still a bunch in it...so hopefully it was just a small amount.  But i have no idea where the tip went to.  I've looked and looked...and I am not seeing.  So hopefully I don't get any negative side effects from being exposed to what I am quite sure is mercury.  Not only that but it wasn't until after I was looking around for the tip that I even noticed the itty bitty teeny tiny silver balls when I already had been touching them.  And they cling to everything....I think I got them and then I look down and theres more.  *sigh*.  Mentally I'm doing okay....but everything else is going kind screwy on me today.  I should go to bed so I have a chance at having a better day tomorrow.  I think maybe today is God's way of saying get off that darn computer.  *shrugs*

Yeah the mercury is toxic, so take a vacuum sweeper with atttachment and go over everything that might have gotten hit with the mercury beads....they might have something on line about mercury cleanup too.
