Saw my psychiatrist today and she showed me the results of the bloodwork I had done last week.  It's nice of her to do that for me, otherwise I'd be waiting a few weeks yet.  Anyway, the counts are down again to around what they were a few months ago.  Bordering on the levels of someone who is going through chemo...so I guess I'm back to being careful.  Maybe that is why I have such an incredible lack of energy lately.  I dunno.  I've also had a sore throat off and on for a couple weeks but no fever so just keeping an eye on things.  If I get a fever it's off to the doctor or ER.  *sigh*  I'm really trying hard to not whine or complain, things could be way way way worse....but it would be nice for one week to have enough energy to keep up with other people my age...or for that matter even many of the seniors I know have a lot more energy then I do.   I see my occupational therapist tomorrow...should go alright, we've worked together before.  I am hoping to, with her help, figure out a way to get back to work or to take some sort of classes, or do some volunteering.  My main fear though is my energy won't allow me to do these things.  I really want to start feeling like I'm doing something productive with my time though.  So we'll see. Anyway, that's really about it.  I should try to get some sleep here in a minute.
