It's Monday afternoon at 1pm. I have a crap load of packing to do to get ready to head back to the city...and I do mean a crapload. LOL. I had brought a lot of my laundry here so all that plus my regular stuff plus a bag of stuff I got for my bday. I am leaving my main gift here which is a round mirror that in a spiral pattern says: "today is the day to go out and conquer the world. live your dreams. today is a new beginning. enjoy life. stop and smell the roses. be young. be happy. be strong. be good. never surrender. today is the first day of the rest of your life. lend a helping hand. help yourself. there is no flying without wings. a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. gratitude is the heart's memory. feel the sunshine. watch a sunset. fly a kite. listen to a child. work. play. joke. laugh. cry. dance. walk. sing. talk. run. jump. fall. eat. enjoy. soar. relax. learn. teach say. listen. sleep. dream. see. hear. touch. exercise. rest. grow. think. plan journey. explore..." I took pictures of it and we hung it on the wall in my bedroom at my parents house. I don't have wall space at my place. I'm thinking seriously of volunteering. I've sent emails to a couple places but I haven't heard anything. I have an application for another place that I will print off when I get home. I hope something will work out. I need to do something other then appointments and sitting at home or my parents. Even if it's just a couple hours once a week. Speaking of appointments I have one with the chiropractor at 3pm and I still have a lot of packing to do and I need a shower and I should grab a bite for lunch...and probably a million other things as well. *sigh*
