I've got a bad headache.  Sleep and ibuprofen haven't even touched it.  Eating hasn't helped nor has drinking water.  I've had it for a few days now but today is the worst.  Yuck.   My little great step-niece is in the hospital today.  She's just under 2 months so anything at that age can be serious.  They started noticing yesterday she might not be feeling well and today took her in and they admitted her.  They are thinking either a UTI or meningitis.  Hopefully they'll figure it out quickly and get it treated and get her back to 100 % healthy again.   Had my appointment with psych this morning.  It went well.  Upped the oxazepam so hopefully that will help.
