I sure kept busy today....errr, technically yesterday since it's a little after midnight here.  I had an appointment today for a liquid nitrogen treatment.  Ouch!  It was so yucky outside (rainy) today but I didn't let it get to me.  I walked to my appointment and got that torcher out of the way.  Then caught the bus and went to my friends place.  The one who lost her apartment in a fire back in January.  Well, insurance has put her and her roommate up in a beautiful executive condo complete with cleaning service and everything.  It's beautiful...right downtown and on the 10th floor so a great view of one of the main streets.  I loved it.  We watched the movie August Rush.  I had never heard of it but it was pretty good.  I enjoyed it.  She made us supper too!  She likes to experiment so we had Turkey Loaf and Salad and Sweet Potato!  I was fantastic...and healthy too!   We're planning to do this again on Wednesday!  She said she'll make me supper for my Birthday.  Hehe.  Can't complain there.  She says she loves preparing food for others...her old roommate she used to make her lunches and everything.  She's health conscious too which I like...good influence for me.  It's so good to have a healthy meal for a change.   I want to get my weight back down to 115-120 lbs...and be in better shape.  I want to get there healthily.  That means I have got to stop pigging out on junk so much.  Maybe start slow by restricting the junk to once a week.  I think that I'll start after my birthday.  Get through Easter and my birthday and then cut the junk back to once a week and try to be a little more active.  It's a start...hopefully after I get better at that then I will increase activity even more.  Anyway, once step at a time.    I bought some yummy smelling shampoo today.  I was telling my friend I needed to buy new shampoo for color treated hair and I mentioned I wish I could find something that didn't contain sodium lauryl sulfate and she said she just bought some yesterday that was safe for color treated hair and is SLS free and that she really likes it so we went to the salon and I got some.  It's by Bed Head and it's called Superstar and it smells so good.  Unfortuanetly it does have other chemicals that are probably not good but then again so does practically all shampoo...and I'm not about to make my own at this point.  LOL.   After that we walked around one of the malls for a bit and then parted ways.  I had to wait for my bus....in the pouring rain.  Yuck.  But I found an awning to stand under so it wasn't too bad.  It seemed like my bus was never going to come...saw 3 buses go by before mine.  I think I waited 30 minutes or so.  Decided to stop at the drug store on the way home because I thought I was out of ibuprofen and I've had major period cramps today...(I hate periods)...and anyway, got home and realized I'm not out of ibuprofen after all.  I'm out of tylenol...so good thing I didn't open the ibuprofen.  Mom said I should be able to return it as long as I keep the receipt.  Just feeling a little dumb...lol....but I guess it happens to all of us.   Got home and decided to watch a movie so watched Blades of Glory...it's kind of dumb but kind of good at the same time.  It was better then I thought but not a favorite by any means.  I'm wide awake right now and I'm not taking an oxazepam tonight so if I can't sleep I might watch one of the many movies that's on.  I'm so behind on email and reading journal entries but I just haven't been able to concentrate on them.  I'm working on them though.  Well, I should go...my room is starting to get messy again so I should pick up the clothes and put some stuff away and try to sleep.
