donairs....who knew I wouldn't be able to find a definition online...*shrugs*  I've heard them compaired to gyro's...but I don't know what a gyro is so I don't know if that's true or not.   They're basically a fried pita with spice lean ground beef and tomatos and onions and "donair" sauce.  Donair sauce, as best as I can tell, is a mix of sweetened condensed milk, garlic powder, and vinegar...and sometimes sugar as well.   Here's a link (http://cfa-www.harvard.edu/~gpetitpas/Links/Donair.html) to a recipe for it and donair meat.  So unhealthy but oh so tasty.   I'll come back a little later and write about what's going on today.  Time for my Timmy's...*fingers crossed* that I "roll up the rim" and actually win!

Ok, A pita is a flatbread sandwich with thinly sliced spicey lamb and a cucumber sauce made with sourcream and lots of thinly slice onions. They are served warm and really yum! I \'ll have to check out that website! Thanks for the info!
