Well, they ended up sending him home after talking to his cardiologist and told him basically to try to rest, drink lots of water, and try to move around to discourage clots. My sister has to keep an eye on his pulse but as long as it stays under 100 it's probably okay. Anything over it's straight to the ER. He gets to take the weekend off from the bloodwork and will get more done on Monday and see the doctor again on Tuesday.  They've also upped his wafarin again and given him permission to stay home for the weekend...no bloodwork.  He'll go first thing Monday morning for it though...and then to see his doctor on Tuesday.  They'll decide at that time whether or not to do the CT.  I guess the cardiologist says that what he's going through is not uncommon...although the other regular doctor wasn't so sure.  I don't know what to think...there's always so many conflicting opinions when it comes to medical issues...not just with his situation. I'm doing alright but I do have a mild sore throat.  Just keeping an eye on that hoping it doesn't get worse.  Mom and Dad got donairs for supper.  Enjoyed those since I've been craving them for awhile.  Also been enjoying some time with my kitties.  Chloe is sleeping right next to me right now.
