Finally back. She said that is helpful that a brought it in. She only could look at a little bit of it or we wouldnt' have had any session at all. But she says it's helpful so I might do that again next time. We talked about hospital but I'm not sure that's the right option right now. You only get a short admission and I'm not convince right now that would be beneficial. It might help for a few days but I'd be right back in the same boat within a few days of being out. I need to figure out a way to get through this without utilizing that option right now. Trying to stay safe in the meantime. I have to try to get through until Monday and I will see my psychiatrist then. Went to get my prescription filled. What a pain that was. The wrong date was written on the presciption so they aren't able to give it to me. I have to go back again tomorrow. I told them I have to stop the loxapine because of problems with my bloodwork and so they decided to give me one pill for tonight. *ugh* I almost broke down right there. So frustrating. I know it's a simple mistake we all make writing the wrong date so I'm not mad. Just frustrated. Just not what I needed to deal with today. I thought about buying more benadryl so I could od on it but didn't. Part of me wishes right now that I did though. I feel like giving in so bad. I just need to get through one moment at a time though. I'm not even going day by day right now...that's way too long. It's basically minute by minute. Even second by second. But it's so hard. Oh...one good thing...when I was walking through the grocery store waiting for the prescription stuff to get taken care of I looked down in one of the isles and stopped....right there on the shelf was boxes of POCKY! I never seen it in our regular grocery stores before....it's usually only in the Asian Markets so I was quite impressed. I picked up one of each kind. Which was only 3 kinds because they don't have any of the really wacky flavors but it was nice to see it regardless. I picked up the regular chocolate (which I know I like) and I picked up the strawberry (haven't tried yet), and the green tea flavor (which scares me, but I want to try). Actually just trying it now. I don't much care for the green tea flavor...but oh well. I can at least say I've tried it now. That was a good surprise to find at the store. :) My BIL is still in hospital. They're saying he'll be discharged tomorrow. I know he's looking forward to getting home.

Couldn\'t they fax over anew prescription or can\'t they do it that way in Canada? I don\'t see why the pharmacist didn\'t follow up on the script instead of making you go back, that\'s what my pharmacy would do.
I am glad she can see your ups and downs better if she reads your journals. Maybe you could e-mail them to her.
I forget what Pocky is ....a chip, a noodle?
Glad to hear your BIL is coming home.
Nan
They would normally call the prescribing doctor and get it fixed up but she was gone for the day, so there was no way to get a hold of her.
Pocky is a biscuit stick dipped in chocolate, or strawberry or whatever flavor coating it is.
never heard of pocky but I googled it and have had that before quite tasty! mmmm
