i'm too scared to go...and i ended up taking more loxapine... i don'tknow what to do...i'm just too much a chicken... what am i suppose to do...and how the hell am i suppose to do it...i wish i had someone that could go with me...i'm too scared to go alone...

You are right you need a friend to share this with, a sponsor or something like in AA. Do they have a group for drugs or for Bi-polar that you could get a sponsor, so you would have someone to go with you?
Do the hospitals have any support groups?
You need a friend to hold your hand. Have you called a minister or a priest? They may be able to help.
