This is something I did for a swap.  There are a bunch of different ones where we have to come up with a list of 100.  This is the first of them.  It's quite the activity and I'm glad I did it.  100 Things I'm Grateful For God My Mom My Dad My sisters My nephews Extended Family Real-life Friends Online Friends shelter food a bed to sleep in the ability to walk the ability to talk the ability to see the ability to hear (even if I'm deaf in 1 ear) the ability to touch the ability to feel the ability to smell the internet the phone my camera chocolate meds that help keep me from being depressed meds that help me from being in too much pain meds that help me sleep better my psychiatrist who is my main support my doctor my specialists (rheumatologist, hematologist) my cat Chloe my cat Mandie living near the ocean living near the city tourist traps (love them) the natural beauty in my home province i'm grateful for every experience that i've had...good and bad life geocaching art Peggy's Cove Citadel Hill Point Pleasant Park Public Gardens Dairy Queen Blizzards homemade ice cream love happiness hugs snow sun summer rain thunder storms the ability to breath unassisted swap-bot babies animals cozy pajamas cuddly blankets fuzzy socks enough money to pay my bills each month movie popcorn girls nights watching chick flicks the ability to learn second chances massages handwritten letters freedom to those who have fought for my country for the police for the firemen for paramedics for nurses for doctors for access to free medical care for new-to-me clothes (both brand new and second hand) for every ache and pain I feel because it means I can feel and that I'm alive for crisis lines for support staff for shelters clean water the 10 commandments because they're wonderful guidelines to live by for every person who has touched my life the person who smiles at me when I'm having a bad day the person who extends a helping hand when I feel helpless the child who's pure joy or excitement makes me smile...especially if I'm having a bad day the simple and small things in life a beautiful flower in the garden a bee gathering nectar a frog or toad hoping by a bird overhead deer swimming (even though I dislike being in a bathing suit) holidays or any day that the entire family can be together ladybugs puzzles sparkles and glitter new ideas old ideas the amazingness of ants, how strong they are, how hard they work, etc. Power outages (it teaches us to appreciate the things that make our lives more convenient) Being able to make a list like this
