I think I stayed up past the sleeping point.  I can't seem to fall asleep...so I think since it's almost 7am I will soon get up and have breakfast and take my plaquenil.  That usually makes me sleepy so I should be able to sleep after that.  I cleaned the cat litter and I think when I get up to eat I will turn the dishwasher on and finish changing the rest of the garbages.  I took a couple B Vitamin complexes...I forget what they're called exactly but they shouild conteract some of the alcohol I've had....and been drinking water.  Also ate some cheese...lol...not sure if that will help any or not but I figure it can't hurt.  I think I'm a little scared to sleep because I don't really want to wake up.  Two of my least favorite things to do are fall asleep and wake up.  I love sleeping though so I don't get it...or at least I don't the whole why I don't like falling asleep part of things.  I just never have really liked that.  I just got an email from my friend who lost everything in the fire...we'll probably get together sometime this week.  She's moving into a new place this week as well.  Also got a message from one of my old cooworkers on Facebook.  She wanted to know why I'm up so "early"....or truthfully...in my case "late".  Since we aren't close I just told her that I made the mistake of sleeping most of the day so been awake all night.  It's not lieing...just not 100% the truth.  But I figure I don't need to go into details.  Well, I'm just rambling...but since I decided I should take the plaquenil I might be better off to get up and take that and then come back to bed and ramble away.  So that said....off I go.

Sometimes it\'s hard to get a rhythm, but if you try hard to keep to a same time of sleeping and waking schedule you will do better because it affects your hormones that are made at night while we sleep. Hope this helps.
