Well, I've had to give up on the budget this month but will try to be good the rest of the month. I never thought I'd have problems with this. Had the Chiropractor appointment today and she told me what the various problems she found are. There a a few problems but mainly 2 that are causing problems. One is that I have mild scoliosis (curvature) in my lower back...not surprising as I've suspected this for a few years now, the other is with the vertabrae in my neck causing inflammation or irratation of some of the nerve roots, which is why I get headaches. So no big surprising but some confirmations to things I suspected. So I guess that's good. The problem is my insurance won't cover for the recommended amount of treatments so I have to figure out what is the most beneficial thing to do within my financial ability. She wants me to go 3x per week the first month, 1x per week the second month, and then once every 1-2 months after that. I'm thinking in order to make it affordable I might have to go 2x per week the first month, 1x every 1.5 weeks the second month, and once every 1-2 months...but I haven't done the math yet. Just did the math actually and I think it will work that way...but I have to figure out a couple other financial details first. Everything revolves around money and I hate it. I wish all these naturopathic options could be covered completely in our health plan just like a regular doctor is. *sigh* I pigged out tonight and ate too many reese's peanut butter cups. I feel icky now...but those darn things taste so good. Notice I went from wanting things naturally to how I just pigged out on some of the junkiest things I could. I'm a very confused individual...lol. Well, not sure really what else to write about. I need to get some sleep soon.

I wish they covered chiropractic visits better too. Sometimes you can ask insurance company to make an exception and they will if your doctor recommends the treatment , not just the chiropractor. It might be worth a try.
Nan
I wish that option would work for me. My doctor is completely against chiropractors so I don\'t think that would work. Ah well, I\'ll do the best I can within my means.
