Why do I always get a burst of energy when it's time to go to bed. I was so exhausted...I fought through it so I'd sleep tonight...and now I can't sleep. UGGHHH! To top that off I'm having urges, bad urges, and I don't know why. They came out of the blue and I don't know if I can fight them tonight. I'm so frustrated.

I thought it would be my turn to send my words of encouragement...I have those bursts of energies almost every night unfortunatley. My sleep is so affected, but it\'s because when I\'m off I want most of the time I\'m awake as \"ME\" time to balance the WORK TIME that requires me to sleep during the day!!! ...So I can feel your pain & your frustrations! Whatever your urges, I hope you can fight em back...HUGS right back :)
Maybe you are in pain when you try to go to sleep. I always read myself to sleep. Do you like to read? If not then I pray the rosary to go to sleep, and try to pray individually for my family and friends who need help..sometimes I pray for you!
