Bummer. I didn't get to take pictures. I was waiting until it was dark to get some good ones of the places all decorated and lit up but then we made a wrong turn and ended up on the highway instead of by the shops. It was too late to turn around and go back. I guess I'll just have to wait until next Christmas for the pretty holiday pictures. I'll get some daytime photos sometime of the shops since they are neat. We shopped and shopped and shopped and i think/hope I am done my shopping. We still didn't even get to half the stores we wanted to go to. I think we'll just have to wait until the hotel is open and stay the night, lol. There are way too many stores (and they all seem gigantic). I did get to go to Michael's though. I had to do some "me" shopping and so I bought cardstock and some ribbons. I'm so excited.We went to a few of the other stores but wasn't having much luck so we ended up at Walmart. It's good for one stop shopping for everyone and I did find everything I needed so that was the main thing. Found some paper scraps that are good for crafts as well so I bought that. LOL. I love "me" shopping. Haha. Oh my, but I had fun. I'm glad I'm done.Tomorrow I have a doctors appointment, good thing too because my ear sounds like it's got rice cripies in it. Darn cold side effect. I know it's just fluid but because I'm deaf in one ear I have to be extra careful. An appointment with my counsellor. Then off to the hospital for bloodwork. And then to a friends for supper. So lots to keep me busy tomorrow. Friday I'm going to a movie with a friend. We're going to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. Haha, I can't wait. I better go do some Christmas wrapping while I still have energy. Just took a sleeping pill so that I can sleep and hopefully get up at a decent time.
