Can't sleep because I'm coughing too much...so doing a lot of pointless web surfing. According to http://www.chriswetherell.com/elf/ my elf name is Nienna Sáralondë. See, told ya it's pointless...lol. Moods are still holding up too. Nights are usually the real test and I know that my messed up sleep from this cold is having an impact on them. I see my rehab specialist in the afternoon and then afterwards I am planning to get out for a bit. I feel like going out now but at 1:40am that is not a smart idea. I may by some cough syrup tomorrow if this keeps up since my chest and stomach hurt from coughing. Keeping an on my temperature as well. I have a slight fever but each time I check it is slightly higher...but not enough to be too concerned.Oh...there is some bad news. My aunt who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer found out today it was stage III and invasive which means she will need both chemo and radiation. It was quite a shock because until today the doctors were saying that everything was good and only radiation would be needed. The other bad news this week is that my brother-in-law will need his second open heart surgery. He needs a valve replaced and they will do that in the new year.

Hey my husband had a heart valve replaced, they used a cow valve. They were supposed to use a pig\'s but for somereason they went with the bovine valve. He has done really well.
Try some hot tea with honey and fresh lemon (like a half a lemon per pot squeezed into the tea). The vitamin C in the lemon really helps.

Hmm...never heard of them using a cow valve before but that is certainly interesting. Glad your husband is doing well now, that is encouraging.
