i sure had a lot of email to go through...i didn't think i'd get through it all yet...but i did.  :) I normally would've gone to sleep and finished in the morning but my legs are really achy tonight...they have been all day.  I told mom they felt numb but then when she asked if i could feel them realized that was that numb was the wrong word.  They're more tingly or stingy and kinda throbbing.  It's not excruciatingly painful but it's enough to be annoying.  Also I'm super thirsty tonight and water just doesn't seem to be quenching my thirst at all.  I keep sipping on water but much more and I'll be up all night in the washroom.  Anyhow, doing well otherwise.  Alpha was great tonight.  I can't believe there is only 2 weeks left.  The time has absolutely flown by.  Tomorrow I have an appointment with my naturopathic doctor.  So much to update her on, I hope I remember it all.  I really should've gotten my act together and written stuff down but I haven't...and I procrastinated too long to get the proper test results sent to her.  Hopefully she'll be willing to scchedule one more appoitnment before the end of the year so that I can really update her on everything plus give her the results of the latest tests which aren't in yet.After that appointment I have to run downtown to take care of some insurance stuff and then off to the other end of the city to pick up something at the library...and hopefully sometime in between or after do some xmas shopping.  Also need to make some phone calls if I think of it.   *sighs*  I better get to sleep so I can do everything tomorrow.
