still awake...packed most of my stuff...will pack the rest in the morning...or if I can't sleep, then tonight.Went outside for a little. I just had to see if the kitties were around and they were. I didn't want to come back in. I told my mom I would sleep outside if I could. I think I know where they are sleeping now...on the neighbors property. But at least they are safe there. The kitten was pouncing on my hand...it was so cute. She's finally starting to get more socialized. I so wish I could keep her. I still might decide to yet if I can figure out a way to make it work. I'm not sure my roommate would let me keep her or not....since I'm probably not the most responsible but there's a possibility. It's just that I think if I can figure out a way to work out that I have one that it would be good for me. I would have to keep it used to being in a cage though so it could go to my parents when I go. LOL. I dunno. I probably can't have it but I'm really considering it because this past week or two that they've been around has been a huge help mentally and physically. Well, I better go. It's after midnight and I have to be up in less then 7 hours. *shrugs*

Hi 4 am and still awake here...I think it has something to do with the injections I got in my spine yesterday. My heart keeps racing..dunno.
People like you and me find it easier to connect with animals, with loving them, because they trust us, and depending on the kind of animal, when it grows up, doesn\'t hurt us, but loves us unconditionaly...hmmmwhere have we heard that phrase before?
Seriously though, that was why we moved to the farm, 2 of our kids got hooked on horses and we couldn\'t keep them in our backyard in town. But, horses are hard work , and since we had 5 growing kids , who each had their own projects they had to give up alot to help pay for them, and to take care of them. It was very worth it though, so much so that now they are adults they help other kids to enjoy horses who can\'t afford them, my son is a Coast Guard and he has saved all kinds of hurt wildlife, learned about restocking natural habitat\'s and it all started with dog\'s and horses , parakeets and guinea pigs, chickens and ducks, rabbits, (did I mention the kids are grown up or off to college) and yet out in the barns and outbuildings we have 20 cats and kittens at last count. They were my youngest favorite\'s... there is nothing like a little girl and a kitten...they are soft, vulnerable, some purr up a storm when you pet them. Here\'s a suggestion if you really love cats- rescue one from a shelter or the humane society. A cat that has been neutered and declawed, so it can stay inside and make a nice house pet and you will be saving it\'s life! I don\'t know if you can afford that or if that\'s an option, but they are usually easy to litterbox train, and they will give you love, (except for a few alpha type males), affection and are fairly low maintainance. You can go away for the weekend leave them in the basement with automatic feeders and waterers and they are good to go!
Have a nice time this weekend sleep on the bus or in the car, just take a pillow and conk out...your just nervous and anxious, it\'s natural.
