took sleep meds...feel like crap...so tired of breathing...so uncomfortable...i know i'll be fine though, tomorrow i will definitely mention it to the Rheumatologist.  it seems to go in waves which is kinda odd...it never gets completely better but it does get worse for a bit and then just when i think i can't take it anymore it gets more manageable.took my temperature because i'm feeling very warm and i do have a very low grade fever...just barely but higher then my usual readings.  Blood pressure is also up slightly but not enough to be overly concerned...just up into the high normal range. just been watching tv all evening and playing around on the computer.  i really hope tomorrow goes okay.  well...trying to wind down for bed...it would help if i put my pj's on so i'm going to go do that now.  Already brushed teeth and used washroom so i just need to change and crawl under the covers.  i hope i sleep.
