I am going to my parents for sure now.  Probably in about 1-2 hours. 

I managed to have some food today.  I forgot to mention earlier that I did go to the clinic and got some prescription mouth rinse that is an anti-inflammatory and numbs the throat a little bit.  So taking that before eating makes it slightly less painful.  Also was told to use ibuprofen or tylenol...so...doing what I can so that I can still eat and drink.   My headache is back though .

 I'm having those urges and thoughts a bit today...but nothing I can't work with at this point.  I think I'm just getting a little warn down.  Hopefully a change of scenery will be a good thing.  Need to start feeling better both physically and mentally.
