I'm good but I'm wide awake which isn't good since it's almost midnight here. I stayed up late because my dad was at the ER and I wanted to know what was going on. He's okay but he's been admitted and will be having a surgery. Over 2 years ago he was in a bad accident were the counterweight from a forklift hit him in the legs. It broke one leg severly in 3 spots and crushed the heel on the other side along with some other injuries. He's been in and out of hospital since then because of things relating to this accident. This will be his 9th or 10th surgery. This time he broke his leg (femur) and the rod that is in it. This is hard for anyone but he just had his 70th birthday less then 2 weeks ago...so it's a little harder I think because of his age. Human bodies just don't heal as well with age. Anyway, if anyone prays prayers would be appreciated for him and for my mom who is his primary caregiver. This whole process in some ways I think has been harder on her then him.Other then that I have been having a pretty low key day. It's been pouring rain here most of the day and we've had some thunderstorms so I have just been hanging out inside. But that is probably another reason why I am wide awake as I haven't done anything. Hopefully I'll start feeling sleepy soon. Tomorrow is another day and I'm sure I'll be spending a lot of it at the hospital.
