Oddly enough, but thankfully I had an overall good day.  Started off a little rocky but I ended up having energy, getting my shower, and even going for a short (less then 5 min total) walk to pick up a slice of pizza.  That's huge considering the way my energy has been the last few days. I did have a couple tense moments with mom and with my aunt today and some teary moment.  I had bad thoughts for a bit today too which I'm a little worried about because my energy level is improving.  So far they are manageable though.   Anyway, I'm exhausted so I'm heading to bed. Goodnight.
