Hello, my friends,I'm writing to update you on how I'm doing. I didn't realize it until recently, but apparently, for about 2 months now, I've been slowly climbing up, mania-wise. It always sneaks up on me at first, & I just feel like the real healthy me. But, this last week, I've noticed I am scattered when I talk, I talk too much to strangers, I'm overly friendly, I keep losing things, including my ex's bank card today, & I can't mangage my money. I'm not on a shopping spree, but I can't do my math correctly, so I though I had more in my account than I did, & it left John being short on the rent check I payed him. I feel so bad about it. He always ends up taking the brunt of it. He tries to be patient about it, but it's hard on him. I hate it when the mania turns on me & the good becomes bad. I got ahold of my pdoc, & she said I could increase my seroquel. She was lowering it, because it can sometimes be a factor in diabetes developing. But, taking the seroquel away, had a worse affect. I'd prefer to deal with the diabetes & mania separately. Hopefully, adding back the seroquel will do the trick. I'm very tired, as I went to put gas in my car & grocery shop, but in the middle of that, lost John's bank card. So, I had to go see him at work & tell him what happened, get some cash for the groceries I'd already run through the til, go back to the gas station to see if I left the card there, & finally come home. The food is still in the trunk. John says he'll bring them in when he comes home. It's like a fridge out there.Gotta go to bed for a little nap.Love you all,Debi
