I saw the MS specialist at OHSU in Portland yesterday.  The trip was so grueling I don't think I could make it again.  The neuro said I should establish with a neuro closer to where I live.  She will send me a list of neuros to consider.  She also recommended vestibular rehab for the vertigo.  For a few weeks now I have experienced a LOT of dizziness and unsteadiness.   When it hits, which is nearly every other day, I literally feel like I am on a rollercoaster.  I can't seem to get my bearings.  Sometimes it is so bad I can't even sit up for very long.  If anyone here has had surgery, it feels a lot like the feeling you have those few days after you have been under anesthesia.   Anyway, I now need to find a neuro perhaps in Eugene or Medford.  I really despise having to start over with a new doctor.  It's very much like a blind date.  So wish me luck! Hope you are all doing well.  I haven't been feeling well at all, so I haven't been on here or replying to message as much as I would like. ~J
