I called the specialist that I am supposed to see on July 31st.  I told them I am aware that I am already on the wait list in case there is a cancellation, but I wanted to let them know that things are pregressively gettting worse and could they maybe move me up on the list.  I am hoping the Nexium will help with the nausea and vomiting, but I have to force myself to keep it down in the first place.  Other than the nausea, I feel my best in the mornings.  Unfortunately now that my son is on summer break, I have to change my work schedule to Noon to 5 rather than 8 to 1.  The throbbing headaches usually come on around 2 or 3, so wish me luck that I can make it through the afternoons.  My coworkers know I have LD and lupus, but they have no idea how ill I really am on a daily basis.  I sit in an office and post insurance checks the entire time, so none of us really interact throughout the day.  Fortunately I am only there two days a week.  The other four days I do medical transcription at home.  I was so embarrassed yesterday...  My son came home from his daddy's and went to use the toilet.  I was so ill the night before that I didn't clean up the toilet when I was finished.  By this morning I had forgotten about it.  He came out and said to his daddy, "Can you please clean the toilet, Daddy.  Mommy was sick at her stomach last night."  I really need to be careful.  The last thing I want is for my son to start worrying about me.  I try and try to hide my illness from him.
