I believe in a will to live, and a will to die. You can just give up and quit. I dont think that a good atitude can cure MS, but it is going to keep other things from happening like colds or the flu. A few years ago, I was working 60 hours a week, yes sixty. I do not remember being sick once in five years. Getting sick does strengthen your immune system, but that is much worse for me now. Children are germ factories. I came back to Montana and my stepmother was taking care of her daughters children and I instantly got sick(I don't think that she keeps them in the best of health). I eat multi-vitamins and vitamin C pills(there is no proof that it is good for your immune system, but it is good for your gums and is an anti-oxidant). Each cell in your body comes from a stem cell. Stem cells divide and duplicate to make more cells it makes all of your organs. Your skin is an organ. There is a timer in your stem cells for each time it divides. When the timer runs out, you get old. Sometimes the timer get screwed up and goes to infinty, that is a form of cancer called a tumor. If we can learn how that timer works, we will live forever(sad but true, cancer is the answer). Everything is made up of atomic particles, protons, nuetrons and electrons. When an atomic particle loses an electron, it becomes a free radical, anti-oxidants eliminate free radicals. Rust happens when iron oxides. Anti-oxidants fight rust. There is an old German proverb, Rast ic o Rost ich(When I rest, I rust).
