I recently learned that my brother in law thought about going into neurology, but found out all of the hours that it would require, he choose to be a chiropractor instead.  Free chiropractics is nice.  I have always listened to his suggestions about good health.  He recomended Omega-3 fish oil before this, and especialy now.  I have many years of experience in the culinary industry.  Fatty fish are a huge source of Omega-3s, and really good to.  I love sushi, but you don't always get the best here in Montana.  Give me Yellowfin Tuna or Salmon, that is what I call a feast.  I have only tried Uni(sea urchin roe)once.  I have had fresh Salmon out of the Salmon River in Idaho, I wish I still had the picture.  My sister in law is from South Korea, we share our sushi stories with each other.  She has some good ones that make me chuckle.  I went with her and my brother to a sushi bar in Trier, Germany two years ago that is all you can eat, yum.  Give me Hamachi(Tuna).  I used to cut fish, sometimes I miss it.  Food is an adventure.  I have had food from all over the globe.  There is an old restaurant in this town that I used to work at called The Rex.  One of the owners used to be Clint Eastwood, he had the Ostrich tenderloin.  My goodness, the kitchen stories I could tell.
