In a dream Jeff woke me up. He looked like a very pretty 16 year old girl and he sounded like himself. He told me that he is with 'her' and is alright. He told me that 'she' is his heart donor. Half of me is very happy about this and the other half...I feel like my heart is being ripped out of my chest. God bless that beautiful blonde headded girl who loved pineapple and her family. I know they go through the same awful times that I do. Whoever you are, sweet donor family, I love you and I'm sorry it didn't work. What a generous gift you gave my family and then to have it not even work.   To all of the donor moms out there. Would you want a letter from the recipient family even if the organ did not work?
