Can you believe I blanking gained weight? Blank! My doctor told me that I would gain wieght when I stopped smoking. Um. Yeah, I started smoking again but have stopped for one month now. I haven't let my trainer weigh me in two weeks and she is getting suspicious. I'm still sticking to the work outroutine but I HAVE TO HAVE ICE CREAM TO LIVE. So now I not only write down everything I put in my mouth but I am keeping track if the calories too. Shoot, this is hard. Jeff was a huge Kevin Smith fan. Mall Rats, Chasing Amy, Dogma, very disgusting movies but very funny too. For my birthday my son Jake was going to take Jeff's copy of Mall Rats to a comic book store to be autographed by the one & only Stan Lee of the Hulk & Spiderman fame since he was in the movie. Jeff would have loved that. Stan canceled. Bummer. My sweet husband brought me the most beautiful antique cameo necklace! I'm so excited I could wet myself. We might have to live in the cameo if he doesn't find a job soon but what is life without jewelry?

I\'m with you on the weight gain. I just can\'t seem to stick to anything !! Writing it down does help...when I did WW, it worked...just wish I could get myself motivated again. That was a very sweet gift from your husband. Enjoy it...and Happy Birthday !! Love, Kim

Guess what??? I\'m gaining, too! Do I sound thrilled? Can you just feel the joy? My oncologist refuses to discuss any surgical options or even dieting. I wonder what she\'d think about stapling my mouth shut? xoxo

I don\'t comment much, but I too have gained weight back since I quit my other job. I still smoke,not as much though. My dentist said I should \"QUIT\".I told her that will never happen. I too need to get more excerise in my daily routine, not motivated. Thanks , Wilma

Weight you gotta love it. We all seem to be struggling with it. Nice birthday present, you are right what is life without jewelry. Maybe the necklace weighs too much, hence the weight gain. Lol Love and hugs Cathy
