Now my husband got laid off on Friday. A sign of the times. Hopefully he will just run out and get another job. We don't need a whole lot of money, just enough for the house payment and I can cover everything else. We just payed off evey bill we have and boom. Just when it looked like things were finally looking up. @#%#.

Having the same feelings here about getting ahead and the boom...although we still have jobs, the death and other illnesses of our moms has taken quite a bite on our stash...I am behind on so many things, but I know I will get out of it in the next few months...
