Tonight at work someone told me joke that Jeff would love. I picked up my cell phone from my desk and opened it to call him. Need I say more? I lost it at work again. It's been almost 2 years already, when will this stop?

I agree with all the previous entries. It will probably never stop but hopefully one day it will be smiles before the tears, then just smiles at our beautiful memories. Love you friend. Robin

I was just listening to Louise Hay, You Can Heal Your Life. I think what she says could help you. I can\'t put it into words....

Let me just share a verse that changed my life.

Learning to Love Yourself

Love yourself, exactly as you are and you are forever changed. Love everything you can from wherever you find yourself. Think of someone or something you love a lot and love yourself that much. When you forget how to love yourself, love yourself for forgetting. Jump from logic into the safety net of love. Open your love big enough to fit all your feelings, say, I love myself for that too. Love others exactly as they are and they are free to change.

From Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks authors of Conscious Loving, Spirit Centered Relationships, etc.
