I own garbage. GARBAGE, do you hear me? I will throw away almost everything that I own. My house is beautiful and I love it but boy, is it dirty. It sat empty for over 2 years and the amount of grime blows me away. I am currently unable to lift over10 pounds so I have been cleaning. Climbing on top of counters and starting at the top and working my way down. It takes three rags to clean one space. One for top soil, one for deep cleaning and one for....well...just for good measure. I can't finish anything beacause there is just too much to do. Now I know how it feels to be ADD. I feel like a puppet and someone else is holding my strings.    My husband is angry at himself for not being able to help the boys with the move as much as he wanted. He's 60, they're 20 & 24. Of course they can out work him. Still, he's angry.   My cats are so funny. Forest 1 1/2,  named after   Gump   for obvious reasons, was very brave. He creeped around the entire house exploring all day. Smack, the 4 year old man, wouldn't come out from under the couch for 8 hours. He threw up  all  over my beautiful freshly steam cleaned cranberry colored carpet.  Now he is a whole different cat. He never used to want to be held or petted but now he is all over me. He just seems happy here.   Happily ever after?   We have a beautiful red brick fireplace. Michael brought home a blackmarble pedestal to put Jeff's urn on. It is a very warm looking, homey sight. I love it here.
