Wow. I just read what I wrote yesterday. I am very proud of myself. Up until this time I have always known, statistically, I could relapse at any time. Now I know that I have beaten the odds. I have overcome this demon addiction. If I can make it over a year without even a slip after the death of my child, I can make it through anything. Really. Don't you feel the same way? We've been hurt just as bad as we possibly can hurt. We're still alive. Kudos to us!

That is what I said today at my mammo--I can\'t be hurt anymore, and it doesn\'t matter if it hurts.I don\'t care. But keep up your spirits, sounds like you are making it.Hugs to you, Wilma

My grief coach had me write down on a piece of paper \"I have nothing to fear!\" I carry it with me, always. He said that I have been through the worst possible thing ever and made it, so now I have nothing to fear. And, he\'s right! Yes honey, you can do it! You have made it through the worst possible thing, now....You have nothing to fear! Love you and hugging you so tight, Barbara
