Today I feel somewhat better than last night. When Jeff passed he left many loads of dirty laundry. I've not felt up to doing it as of yet but today is the day. We live in an apt. w/ a small laudry that would take all day, so I'm taking everything in the house to the laundromat. Keep busy, right? This has been one of those things that I've known I would have to do but couldn't so I'm very proud of myself.    I'm gonna eat today, too.
