I went back to therapist today and I didn't want to go. I haven't seen my therapsit since before he passed away. We spent the entire last 13 months helping me deal with the abuse and the breakdown of the relationship. I knew I was going to have to rehash everything and explain to her what happend and I didn't want to do that but I had to. We had to start dealing with this from the beginning.I like my therapist and she helps me a lot. She told me that I can become a martyr now that I am a single parent. I need to ask for help and make time for myself. I have never been very good at that but I understand what she was saying to me.I have one more court date to get through, next Wednesday to finalize all of the exectutor requiremnents and to close my court case. The paperwork is duanting and overwhleming. And the exhaustion always comes back when I have to deal with this.I look forward to the day when that will go away and I can just get through a day in a normal way.

Dont listen to her. Don\'t you martyrs have to die? Just a lille humor. Hope i\'m not out of line. Colleen
Sounds like I would benefit from seeing your therapist. I miss mine. I breathe martyerdom. I\'m at a point now where I\'m so sick of myself so that\'s why I\'m re-doing step 4, especially focusing on resenment. Hang in there, better days are coming.
