Fall !
Hello Journal, Hi All,
I had the day off from work so Im sitting at the local libary to write this. It is normally closed by the time I get off, and I have so need to put some things down. LIFE's path is really getting hard to walk down right now, But If I Step back and look I am still so much better off than so many. I have been blessed prety much everywhere except relationships. I am really having trouble moving past my last journal entry. I am learning that I have to share life. And that I want to share life and love, but am resigning myself to long nights and days of just me and my dawgs (when I get them here in January). I am not looking forward to this Holyday season, I fear there will be too many relizations for me. Was also told there will be 10% pay cuts at work. But atleast I still have a job. But that still stresses me that my crew will be having to do without too. I am fortunate that I have found a small church here about 30 folk, and I am the youngest in the congragation. But this place is where I am supposed to be right now. Just got to get through the lonely evenings. I did get a fall garden of lettice, collards and brokelli in. And my tomattos and peppers are still producing. I made a big pot of Okra gumbo and cornbread on Saturday and took to work. It was good and I like to share like that. Home cooking is good for the soul!. Well I have not put much down about my depression over relationships! Still hurting inside, but the head says it will clear with time!. Has anyone else out there gotten tired of hearing that? It Will Get Better in Time! Arregga I hate hearing that so much! O'well I have plenty of time right now so I hope it works! Later!

I know how maddening it is when you hear all the cliches about \"getting over it\" etc. But you will move beyond this and things will get better -- it just takes time. I had to look at it like this: I figured there was something that I needed to LEARN about myself. The Universe was trying to get me to sit down, shut up and hold on long enough to LISTEN and take it to heart! Being on the impatient side, I fought it tooth and nail for a pretty long time. Then, I just gave in to it. There was nothing else I could do -- the choice was to either drive myself nuts over it or LET IT GO and let the future unfold. It worked. Sometimes I still don\'t know how I got through that part of my life\'s journey, but I did and I\'ll tell you one thing for certain: While I wouldn\'t want to go through it again, I\'m GLAD I DID because this New Life is 1,000 times BETTER than that old one ever was -- even on its best day! Hugs to you, my friend. Remember to be gentle with yourself and patient, too! xoxox
WT, so good to read your thoughts. I see a lot of healthy stuff in your entry here... You are cooking good nutritious food that you love, you are growing delicious vegetables, you have found yourself a fellowship to belong to and feel safe in, and you are taking a moment to give thanks for the job you do have, even though you have received a pay cut. You are even thinking of your coworkers on the job and how they too will need to do with less now because of the financial cuts. You are thinking of others; you are not only focused on your own pain. This is a sign of health.
I hear you when you share how wearisome it sounds when others might say, \"It gets better with time.\" I also wish it could be over and done with... that pain.
Please keep reaching out to safe people who can share your heart and soul with you: support groups, whatever it looks like. We experienced brokenness in relationships; we need to find healing in relationships also.
And here, too, you always find time to reach out and encourage your friends. I count it an honour to be one of them. Thank you for always finding time to encourage me in my journey.
Blessings, my friend.

Just want to thank You for your input. The encouragement I get here has been a God Send.
