had the echo/stress test today. technicians said, everything looks kind of good. won't know the real story until it all comes out in the wash, and the doctor has time to evaluate it. didn't have any chest pain or dizziness. my target heart rate was 153. i got to about 146 and had a pvc show up on the ekg, the technician pointed it out, and i started to get really anxious, at which point, i told him i was feeling light headed. he stated that my ekg looked great, to keep going and hit the target of 153 then we would stop, and eagerly i made it to 153 and we stopped, at which point they quickly did another echo and the echo tech said nothing, and left the room with results, ten minutes later they unhooked me and sent me home. i was extremely anxious before the procedure and for about 20 minutes afterwards. i am hopeful everything comes back good. still a bit nervous, took xanax, but we will see. i have family history, and the panic attack last friday ended me up in the heart center for over night, so we will see. i had chest pain which nitro quickly disolved on that night. i think it went well, but the echo tech was so quiet about everything, i really don't know. peace out, and thanks to all of you who've shown support for me as my anxiety has built over this test.

Thanks for the update. Let us know when the results come in.
Sorry.....I forgot to write something....Daaa!
I wish you all the best. Xanax works for me most of the time. (I take 2mg/4X\'s a day) That\'s a lot I\'m told. Kinda makes me sleepy unless I\'m out doing something. If I sit in front of the TV....I\'m out! Please let us know how your doing. I just joined this site today and I think it\'s great. Everyone here is so helpful.
Take care my friend......
