well by popular demand, still have a happy face on................yes, EdgarV, the xanax makes me feel like a zombie too, that's why I take only half when I do take it.  I have done so well not taking it at all for over a year, it's hard for me to accept the fact that for the past 3 or 4 weeks i've taken it about three times per week.  But, it just so way beats having the anxiety at unstoppable levels.  I've only the smallest dose .25 and i've broken them in half to take them.  now, i guess i might be building a tolerance, which is what i really don't want to do.  the half today just barely took the anxiety to acceptable lower levels.  now when i took half 3 weeks ago, it sort of made me zombie like.  but, i still manage to go two or three days between needing them.  so, i'm not all that drugged up or anything.  I am closing on selling my house on the 12th/ which is next week, and supposed to be closing on the house i'm buying on the 13th, but somehow the mortgage people want all this rediculously hard to get stuff.  I don't know, just trying to keep the happy face on..............later peoples.John
