Here we are another day gone. The panic has still been at my doorstep since last week. I had to pop the xanax today, but only half. It came over me again in a wave like entry early this morning at work. Twenty minutes later, clear headed able to function quite well, and happy again. I haven't had to use the xanax too much. In total I've only hit that point three times in the past two weeks. So, I feel like I am doing pretty good, just wish it wasn't a problem at all. I have my Mother staying with me for this week. My Mom has lived with my sister since her five way bypass surgery 4 years ago, and sometimes they get a little spiffy with eachother. I am trying to be the good one here and say, Come stay with me for a while Mom. The painful part is my Mom has to be having a sense of no where to call home, eventhough she does live with my sister. It's not the same, I am sure, and she doesn't really like to talk about it. she could stay with me forever if she wanted to, but then she has her issues too, and one of them, is feeling closest to my sister, who incidentally doesn't alway treat her like mom, but sometimes like one of her own kids. I moved here from fifteen years in Florida for this very reason, to help out with my Mom. She is a young and bueatiful soon to be 61 years old. She's had a very rough life, and I just want to make her feel loved and appreciated.

Sounds like you\'re breaking through the fog as well my friend. Eventually, those panic attacks should subside. You\'re level of strength and awareness is far too great and the panic will not be able to keep up. You\'re a loving person as well and you should be applauded for being so caring towards your family. Big hugs to you and your mom, my friend.
