today was much better, the tooth is out, I did lots of watering in the yard and garden, i got to go into work later.  All in all it wasn't a half bad day.  I did have moments where I felt like I was beginning to become anxious, but I was able to cope them away pretty quickly.  you know i have most of my troubles at work....i am in an enclosed office space,  i have been doing this work for some time, but it just seems like the enclosed areas bother me more now.  i am a check casher behind bullet proof everything, and I think that this has something to do with aggravating my disorder.  I rode my bike a very aggressive 3 miles today in between yard duties, and it helped to release I guess, endorfins....Those guys help in panic disorder immensely.  Seems like nagging people make my anxiety worse.  How can I turn this into something more positive that doesn't make me anxiouos.  It really bothers me, when they don't buy into what I am saying, or if they don't understand me and I have to rephrase things.    But, I am very compassionate and one of the more easy to get along with people that I know... Man do I have issues..................Later.

Coping with them quickly is the answer. Even if we can deflect one or thoughts we are ahead of the game.

yeah, my coping skills are taking a change, i am thinking of replacing the anxious feelings with desire. read it somewhere here on the net, replace fear with desire, don\'t refuse it, use it....kind of like that.

every time i have an anxious moment, i need to use that adrenaline for something i desire, like some action or something. but, i just don\'t know what yet.
