Had great news on Wednesday. My hg was up to 10.1, I have not seen 10.1 since this whole mess started. My wbc was normal, my platelets were normal. I kept 10.1 for five days. Usually my hg just drops and this time it did not. Of course I was so excited to get through a week without a transfusion. Yaay me! My labs were so good that my doctor called and said that I did not need to go in today for labs that I could wait until Tuesday. Yippeeee!
I have taken my second dose of Revlimid. So far so good but I am on a very low dose 5mg every other day. It doesn't make me tired or sick or anything yet. My doctors will increase the dosage but want to give my body time to adjust to each dosage.So fingers crossed.
However, I do have one complaint, I need a freaking haircut and cannot find the time to get one between doctors and getting my classroom ready as well s my daughter...jeez, I need a couple more hours in the day! lol. I'd say that is a good complaint!Have a great day. Stay strong.
